Influencer Sourcing and Outreach Manager

Llama Luna Apps is seeking an Influencer Sourcing and Outreach Manager to find and contact influencers on TikTok and Instagram, initiate conversations, build interest, and schedule discovery calls with the sales team. You will own the complete pipeline from sourcing through call booking.

• Source and vet influencers on TikTok and Instagram
• Send personalized outreach via DMs and email
• Manage conversations, follow up, and nurture leads through the pipeline
• Qualify creators by niche, audience, and engagement fit
• Book confirmed discovery calls with sales representatives
• Track all activity and pipeline status in Google Sheets

• Fluent/native English with natural, human-like messaging ability
• Experience in influencer outreach, sourcing, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles with hands-on TikTok and Instagram creator research
• Available to work 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday with fast response times
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage leads without gaps
• Nice to have: Deep knowledge of TikTok/Instagram creator landscape and background in influencer marketing or talent management

Schedule: Part-time, flexible remote collaboration, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST Monday-Friday

Compensation: $7 - $14 per hour depending on experience
