User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads)

Formula Care is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Google Ads across Search, GDN, and Demand Gen. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you'll manage substantial ad spend, build automation layers, and directly impact company growth with minimal bureaucracy.

• Own and scale Google Ads (Search, GDN, Demand Gen) while hitting CPS and ROAS targets
• Run weekly creative testing cycles: launch new assets, scale winners, kill underperformers with hundreds of creatives flowing through the system
• Solve unsolved problems: determine why Demand Gen and GDN audiences underperform and implement data-driven fixes
• Build automation systems that replicate Meta's semi-automated approach including uploads, Slack-driven commands, and rules-based campaign management
• Collaborate with creative, growth, and analytics teams to connect ad performance to business outcomes (LTV, ARPU, payback)

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management at scale (Search, GDN, Demand Gen) in subscription or DTC business
• Proven ability to manage $1.5M+/month in Google spend and optimize for unit economics (CPS, ROAS, LTV)
• Hands-on experience writing and maintaining Google Ads Scripts for automation, alerts, bid adjustments, and bulk operations
• Active daily use of AI/LLM tools in workflow as a working habit
• Strong analytical thinking: ability to pull reports, build dashboards, and turn data into decisions independently
• Nice to have: Experience with AppLovin, TikTok Ads, health/wellness/nutrition DTC background, web subscription funnels, Amplitude/SEMrush/SimilarWeb
