- Build attribution models and revenue-tied reporting; optimize CAC, pipeline velocity, deal quality, win rates, and sales cycle length by segment.
- Define and continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles (SMB $15M+ brands; mid-market/smaller enterprise $100M+ brands) and develop differentiated positioning and messaging by segment.
- Ensure ICP and messaging alignment across website, sales materials, paid media, case studies, PR, and thought leadership; validate messaging via sales feedback and market performance.
- Own full-funnel demand generation across paid search, paid social, content-led programs, events, webinars, partnerships, and outbound/ABM-lite; allocate budget by ROI and pipeline impact.
- Establish a disciplined test-and-learn framework to identify, iterate, and scale high-performing tactics.
- Drive Sales alignment and enablement: define lead definitions, handoffs, and SLAs; build decks, case studies, and competitive battlecards; strengthen proof points to improve close rates.
- Own brand, PR, and market credibility strategy; elevate executive visibility and media presence; strengthen platform/technology partnerships; ensure brand efforts support pipeline and sales outcomes.
- Lead conference and event strategy: select sponsorships/speaking/attendance by ICP fit and ROI; measure impact on pipeline, partnerships, and brand lift; integrate with sales outreach and partner co-marketing.
- Partner with division and service-line leaders to refine and package service offerings; translate capabilities into external messaging, GTM narratives, and enablement materials.
