The role bridges creative content development with strategic campaign coordination to drive brand awareness and qualified leads. This hybrid position in Charlotte, NC supports digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

Develop high-quality content for digital channels (website, blogs, email, social) and print materials; create and manage social media content calendars and posting schedules; grow social media presence through engaging content; support planning, execution, and tracking of digital campaigns; coordinate creative assets and campaign messaging; execute email marketing and automation initiatives using Marketing Cloud; manage lead tracking and campaign data in Sales Cloud; analyze content and channel performance; partner with cross-functional teams on brand alignment and campaign goals.

Requirements

4+ years of digital marketing, content creation, or social media experience; strong writing and editing skills; proven experience building and managing social media platforms with measurable engagement; understanding of social media performance drivers; experience with social media calendars and publishing tools; campaign coordination and analytics experience; familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud or similar CRM/automation platforms; strong organization and multi-project management skills; proactive, detail-oriented mindset; experience with paid advertising, keyword/audience targeting, or design tools preferred.
