Junior Marketing Coordinator

Helic & Co. is hiring a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with campaign execution, content management, and daily marketing coordination. The role is designed for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and brand communications.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Support content creation for social media, email marketing, websites, and promotional materials
• Coordinate marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign deliverables
• Assist with social media scheduling, monitoring, and engagement
• Support basic market research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing initiatives
• Assist with organizing events, promotions, and product launches
• Track marketing metrics and prepare basic performance reports

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media channels
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
