Learn more about our mission and programs at https://herogolftour.com. **Role Description** We are seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead HeroGolf in achieving its mission. As CEO, you will oversee strategic planning, manage day\-to\-day operations, and ensure financial sustainability. You will represent the organization to stakeholders, establish strategic partnerships, and lead business development initiatives. This is a full\-time hybrid role based in the Dallas\-Fort Worth Metroplex, with some work\-from\-home flexibility. **Qualifications** * Strong financial management skills, including experience with budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Proven expertise in Operations Management and Business Planning, including the ability to streamline processes and optimize organizational efficiency. * Track record of success in Sales and Strategic Planning to drive growth and mission impact. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and team\-building abilities. * Passion for veteran and first responder support is highly desirable. * Experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or related fields is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
