**Position:** Risk \& Compliance (GRC) – Safety Specialist **Type:** Hourly contract **Location:** Remote **Compensation:** $47\-$90/hr **Commitment:** 10–40 hours/week **Role Responsibilities:** * Annotate and evaluate AI\-generated text against defined safety criteria such as bias, misinformation, unsafe reasoning, and disallowed content. * Apply harm taxonomies and safety guidelines consistently, including in ambiguous or nuanced scenarios. * Document decision\-making and rationale to help improve evaluation guidelines and taxonomies. * Identify risks and edge cases that automated systems may overlook. * Contribute high\-quality human data to support AI safety research, model improvements, and risk audits. * Collaborate asynchronously with safety and research teams in a structured project environment. **Requirements:** * Experience in risk management, compliance, governance, or security\-related roles. * Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, or similar control standards. * Ability to apply or build audit checklists, dashboards, and compliance evidence. * Strong attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach to decision\-making. * Comfort making consistent judgments in complex or ambiguous situations. * Ability to clearly document reasoning and feedback. * Comfortable working independently in a remote, project\-based environment. **Application Process (Takes 20 Min):** * Upload resume * Interview (15 min) * Submit form
