UA Manager
Summary
Nexters is an international game development company listed on NASDAQ (GDEV) that creates core gaming experiences for casual players. We are seeking a UA Manager to strengthen our Marketing team and manage traffic acquisition across multiple advertising channels using cutting-edge tools and platforms.
What you'll do
- Independently manage and develop traffic acquisition across assigned channels
- Increase marketing spend efficiency within UA campaigns
- Identify and scale growth opportunities for your channels
- Collaborate with internal teams: set tasks, find solutions, and apply results in traffic acquisition
- Communicate with advertising platform account managers, provide timely feedback, and run joint projects
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving acquisition, game, payment metrics, and creatives
- Prepare reports within your area of responsibility — by channels, projects, and processes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance UA
- Experience working with one or more networks: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Yahoo Ads, Taboola, or other native platforms
- Experience acquiring traffic for web desktop projects
- Strong analytical skills: understanding project economics from click to end of user lifecycle, working with different attribution models, and experience with BI systems (Tableau, Grafana, etc.)
