Associate Territory Representative
Summary
Inogen is hiring a Key Account Specialist to drive clinical adoption, education, and utilization of Inogen solutions across a defined territory to support sales results. The role supports National and Key Accounts and serves as the primary field-based educator and subject matter expert to ensure successful adoption, ongoing support, and long-term brand loyalty.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts to drive revenue growth, retention, new product adoption, and overall account health.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers; conduct regular business reviews.
- Manage relationships across multiple branch locations to generate demand and support growth.
- Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual account plans, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Conduct in-services and customer training; identify evolving needs and recommend aligned solutions.
- Serve as primary escalation point for customer concerns and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
- Forecast account performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Increase customer adoption through education, insights, and strategic guidance.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in account management, sales, or business development; demonstrated success managing high-value or enterprise-level accounts.
Skills: Account management, solution selling, customer relationship development, data interpretation for strategic decisions, strong communication/presentation/negotiation, cross-functional collaboration.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales technologies.
Certifications: Industry certifications are a plus but not required.
Conditions
- Travel up to 75% as required.
- Compensation includes base salary plus variable compensation under a Sales Commission Plan.
