Summary

inDrive is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to lead and execute communications projects across EMEA and APAC regions. The role involves developing communication plans, managing media relations, and coordinating messaging across global teams to support the company's corporate communications strategy.

What you'll do

  • Lead and execute corporate communications projects across EMEA and APAC regions
  • Develop communication plans, messaging frameworks, and corporate narratives tailored to regional needs
  • Write and edit press releases, announcements, statements, media materials, op-eds, interviews, talking points, and Q&As
  • Prepare briefing materials for leadership including trip briefs, interview briefs, speeches, and scripts
  • Produce and update content for corporate website and blog
  • Coordinate with regional communications managers to ensure message consistency
  • Serve as central contact between regional teams and global corporate communications
  • Align with internal stakeholders to collect inputs and secure approvals
  • Support media relations in priority regional markets and coordinate interviews
  • Interact with journalists, producers, event organizers, and external stakeholders
  • Support planning and execution of events, conferences, panels, and leadership speaking engagements

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or strategic communications
  • Strong international exposure across EMEA and APAC regions
  • Proven experience writing corporate materials including press releases, speeches, and messaging
  • Experience coordinating communications with regional teams and multiple internal stakeholders
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills (C1 level)
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage shifting priorities
  • Strong track record with media relations and external communications processes
  • Understanding of media landscapes, cultural differences, and communication practices
  • Understanding of corporate reputation, narrative consistency, and regulatory considerations
