Retention / CRM Manager (Mobile App, Push, Email)

Pixeltech is seeking a Retention / CRM Manager to own the complete user lifecycle for a subscription-based mobile application (iOS & Android). This is a core growth role focused on designing and optimizing retention funnels that directly impact business metrics including LTV, churn, and subscription revenue.

• Design, build, and optimize lifecycle retention funnels across push notifications, email, in-app messaging, and other CRM channels
• Convert free users into subscribers
• Reduce early and long-term churn
• Recover failed payments
• Increase subscription lifetime value
• Scale product through CRM channel expansion

• Experience managing retention and CRM strategies for mobile applications
• Proficiency with push notifications, email marketing, and in-app messaging platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in reducing churn and optimizing user lifecycle funnels
• Strong analytical skills to measure impact on LTV and subscription revenue metrics
• Experience with both iOS and Android platforms
