Administrative Assistant
Summary
Orchestrate Consulting Group curates and validates opportunities from verified employers in the early childhood education industry. The Administrative Assistant role provides high-level support to a Project Director and helps keep project operations, communications, and fiscal coordination on track.
What you'll do
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Project Director, including calendar management and meeting preparation.
- Maintain project calendars, deliverable trackers, and timelines in alignment with contract requirements.
- Support fiscal coordination by processing invoices and tracking project-related expenses.
- Draft and format communications on behalf of the Project Director and coordinate with internal teams.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administrative, executive support, or project coordination roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and basic data tracking tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred: Experience supporting senior leaders, contracts, or public-sector projects.
Preferred: Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred: Familiarity with fiscal documentation and compliance processes.
Conditions
Pay: $31.25 per hour (estimated at $5,417 per month).
