Client Success Associate (Entry level, Remote)

INFUSE is hiring a remote, entry-level Client Success Associate/Client Success Specialist to help deliver exceptional client experiences and support client satisfaction across a variety of industries.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, coordinating successful delivery of solutions, and supporting internal operations while collaborating with sales and internal stakeholders.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and grow opportunities within an assigned territory and collaborate with sales teams to support growth attainment.
• Assist with challenging client requests and manage issue escalations as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules.

• Proven track record of managing client relationships (preferred background in hospitality, client success, or sales).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic understanding of client needs and ability to address them effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to offer solutions to challenges.
