Data Entry Specialist

Lakeshirts, a leading custom apparel screen printing manufacturer, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support operational efficiency and data integrity. This role focuses on accurate entry and maintenance of order and account information while collaborating with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth processing and issue resolution.

• Enter and process orders in internal systems with high accuracy and completeness
• Research account activity, troubleshoot order issues, and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product designs, pricing, and promotions
• Act as the primary contact for order-related issues for sales representatives and internal teams
• Manage art approval emails and route them to appropriate artists or representatives
• Support licensing processes and ensure compliance with licensing requirements
• Maintain detailed records of product updates, promotions, and order statuses
• Assist other departments to support workflow and communication
• Analyze data reports using Excel filters, pivot tables, and formulas to identify bottlenecks
• Communicate with internal teams and external clients to provide updates and resolve issues

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Internet experience and familiarity with online research tools
• Typing speed of 45+ words per minute
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, flexible, and able to prioritize amid interruptions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
