Summary
Red Bull North America is hiring a Sales Analyst (Multi-Channel) to provide advanced analysis and recommendations that improve sales performance and inform long-term channel strategy. This role primarily supports the Drug Channel as the main analytical partner for channel leadership and designated national accounts.
What you'll do
- Conduct advanced national sales data analyses using multiple reports and data sources and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Provide ad hoc analyses within tight deadlines for designated account leaders.
- Support monthly reporting in coordination with Trade Finance and Business Insights teams.
- Develop case studies to enable fact-based selling across the account base.
- Create store target lists and recommendations based on agreed parameters.
- Create engaging, fact-based presentations to support the sales organization.
- Maintain communication cadences (e.g., monthly key account sales meetings, email updates, presentations to larger teams).
- Build strong internal and customer relationships; serve as the primary resource for sales-related data and insights.
- Stay current on technical advancements, industry developments, and business trends impacting sales.
- Lead and support key projects affecting the Multi-Channel and Drug landscape, including business plan materials and growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement reporting best practices; update reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Design templates and executive summaries to track key Red Bull initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Business/Management Consulting experience and/or CPG product experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to collaborate across all levels (field to executive).
- Self-motivated, highly organized, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to internal teams and external retailers.
- Ability to simplify technical information to persuade stakeholders and build understanding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
Conditions
- Base salary range: $72,000–$108,000 per year plus cash incentives.
- Location options: Santa Monica, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, or New York.
