Summary
Keeper Security, Inc. is a fast-growing cybersecurity software company providing zero-knowledge and zero-trust solutions used by organizations worldwide. The Training Specialist will deliver structured customer training to support onboarding and foundational adoption of Keeper’s cybersecurity platforms. The role focuses on improving product proficiency and helping customers confidently use Keeper to manage passwords, secrets, and privileged access.
What you'll do
- Deliver structured customer training sessions using established materials to support adoption of Keeper products
- Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and (where applicable) webinars while encouraging engagement and interaction
- Use and maintain existing training materials and learning resources, contributing minor updates or improvements when identified
- Incorporate approved interactive elements into sessions to improve engagement and learning retention
- Engage with customers to understand training needs and gather feedback
- Provide post-training follow-up and basic support to reinforce learning outcomes and address common questions
- Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions and customer interactions to support continuity
- Follow established training standards, workflows, and documentation practices
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English, verbally and in writing
- Support basic LMS user needs (e.g., login issues, course access) and direct users to appropriate resources
- Assist with updating training modules and materials per established approval and review processes
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery (preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment)
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels
- Ability and willingness to consistently maintain working hours
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Experience with Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage customer relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team across global regions and time zones
