Support Specialist

PrimeHost is a domain name registrar operating in 450+ TLDs, seeking a Junior Support Specialist to join their multilingual support team in Cyprus (remote). This role offers an excellent opportunity to start an IT career with full training provided.

• Communicate with customers via tickets, email, and Telegram chat professionally, respectfully, and with empathy
• Handle technical inquiries and provide real, thoughtful solutions rather than template replies
• Maintain service quality
• Process Abuse complaints

• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (B1-B2 level for daily communication)
• Interest in helping people and enjoying customer interaction
• Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn
• Responsibility, structured approach, and ability to stay focused
• Basic understanding of Internet fundamentals
• Familiarity with POP/IMAP, FTP, HTTP
• Preferred: Technical education or completed IT courses; Knowledge of domain life cycle; Understanding of DNS and MySQL
