Customer Success Specialist
Summary
Jobgether is hiring a Customer Success Specialist for a partner company in the United States to help enterprise clients maximize value from their solutions. The role focuses on proactive, high-touch support, guiding onboarding and ongoing usage, and driving adoption and satisfaction through technical problem-solving and customer advocacy.
What you'll do
Provide proactive, high-touch support for strategic enterprise accounts, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
Build and maintain relationships with end users and administrators, advocate for customers, and escalate complex issues when needed.
Drive product adoption and customer value by educating clients on features, integrations, and best practices.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to support roadmap alignment and improve resources.
Document customer activities, track account metrics, and deliver accurate reporting using Salesforce.
Communicate promptly and professionally across all customer interactions to reinforce trust and satisfaction.
Requirements
1–2+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Business Development).
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage expectations effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes and deliver solutions.
Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, workflows, and product features.
Experience with SaaS platforms preferred; legal tech experience is a plus.
Familiarity with leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows and decision-making.
Conditions
Location: United States.
Salary range: $54,000–$70,000 USD annually.
