What you'll do
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for multiple team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to arrange meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor and update scheduling systems to ensure accuracy and timely adjustments.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Assist with scheduling-related administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
- Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries and provide support to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a related role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience supporting teams in a remote/virtual setting (plus).
- Customer service or client-facing experience (advantageous).
