Customer Success Manager (Uniskai Platform)

Profisea is a boutique DevOps and Cloud company and AWS Premier Partner seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Uniskai platform. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure they get maximum value from the product and maintain excellent customer experience. This position welcomes junior candidates and those without prior experience who are motivated to learn in cloud and DevOps environments.

• Communicate regularly with clients using the Uniskai platform
• Check client satisfaction and help them use platform features effectively
• Collect customer feedback about product and user experience
• Help clients discover and utilize platform features and services
• Identify issues or improvement opportunities and share with internal teams
• Coordinate technical support when needed
• Organize calls or meetings with DevOps or development teams for technical assistance
• Track client requests and ensure follow-up

• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple tasks
• Interest in technology, cloud or DevOps (preferred)
• Experience with SaaS platforms, customer support or project coordination (preferred but not required)
