Customer Success Coordinator

SysCom, Co is hiring a Customer Success Coordinator to help ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role partners with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to improve customer experience and drive product adoption.

• Manage customer onboarding and training processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks or issues.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams (Customer Success Manager, Sales, Product).
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to inform product improvements.

• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Technical skills related to product usage and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
