Case Coordinator (REMOTE)
Summary
Equitable is a financial services and insurance company focused on helping clients secure their financial well-being. The Case Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for financial professionals and internal partners submitting new applications. The role ensures applications and fund transfer documents meet regulatory standards and that client information is complete.
What you'll do
- Manage a personal caseload to resolve errors and omissions within departmental guidelines.
- Handle work items and conduct outbound and inbound communications via phone, fax, and email with Financial Professionals.
- Respond professionally to inquiries from agents, brokers, and internal sources regarding financial and insurance products.
- Review applications and fund transfer documents for completeness and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
College degree.
1 year of call center experience.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly using summarization and simplification techniques.
Cross-functional collaboration skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Knowledge of insurance operations and ability to provide administrative support to the insurance business.
Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills.
Relationship-building skills and telephone-based customer servicing capability.
Conditions
Full-time schedule: 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.
Remote role within the United States; periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.
Base salary range provided with potential for performance rewards (base increases, spot bonuses, short-term incentives) depending on eligibility.
