Customer Care Representative - Remote

Teleperformance (TP) is a global digital business services company supporting major brands. The Customer Care Representative (Remote) role handles customer inquiries across multiple channels and focuses on resolving issues efficiently while delivering a positive experience.
What you'll do
Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve questions and concerns
Calmly troubleshoot issues and de-escalate challenging interactions
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
Respond to requests for assistance and, when applicable, process payments
Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Provide feedback on call issues and recurring customer problems
Upsell services/products if required
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
College degree preferred but not required

Conditions
Remote/work-from-home; must work from a clean, quiet, confidential workspace
Use your own device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 11 or later, minimum 4GB RAM, and wired Ethernet LAN connection
Internet requirements: at least 15.0 Mbps download and 5.0 Mbps upload; ping under 50ms; no packet loss; proof of speed required
Internet types not permitted: satellite, wireless/dial-up ISP, mobile data/hotspots (5G/4G/3G), P2P, or VPN connections
Schedule includes a variety of shifts within a structured schedule
