Sr. Associate Category Development Manager + Analyst
Summary
OLLY PBC (part of Unilever’s Wellbeing Collective) is hiring a Sr. Associate Category Development Manager + Analyst to support Club channel growth across brands including OLLY, SmartyPants, Onnit, and Welly. The role focuses on category management and analytics for vitamin/VMS, translating multiple data sources into clear insights and recommendations that accelerate category and brand growth. This position partners closely with Category Strategy and Field Sales to drive retailer-aligned actions and storytelling.
What you'll do
Serve as vitamin/VMS category and club retailer strategy expert using multiple data sources to create tools, stories, and recommendations (assortment, shelving, launch performance, competitive studies).
Partner on initiatives aligning retailer strategies with brand priorities to drive action and growth.
Lead weekly Sam’s Club reporting on POS sales, shipments, and sales forecast updates.
Support forecasting and trade management in the internal planning tool (MODUS).
Proactively provide consumer and category insights to grow Club businesses.
Support Sales by building selling decks and materials for customer meetings and internal planning sessions.
Handle ad hoc analytical requests supporting Club business needs.
Monitor competitive brands/products and market share to identify shopper and category trends.
Translate Category Strategy tools and innovation materials into retailer-strategy aligned materials.
Prepare clear, concise presentations that tell a story using analytics and insights in partnership with Category Strategy and Field Sales.
Manage data insight tools, dashboards, and review materials; lead data source releases to internal partners.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Category Management and Sales Analytics.
Ability to turn data into insights and actionable growth recommendations.
Experience developing category recommendations aligned to Club channel strategies (assortment, shelving, overall trends).
Proven ability to analyze retailer opportunities and bring them to life through insights/storytelling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Proficiency with databases and Microsoft tools; Power BI experience; familiarity with IRI, Nielsen, and Numerator.
Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Conditions
Location: Remote (United States).
Schedule: Full-time, exempt (salaried).
Compensation: Base pay range $69,500–$104,100; final offer varies by geographic location and experience.
