Summary

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Full-time Business Performance Intern to join the Business Performance team in New York City. The role supports data-driven insights across product categories by analyzing business metrics and trends to inform merchandising and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Assist in analyzing weekly and monthly product performance across categories to generate insights for Merchandising and cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and maintain product reporting and dashboards, using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to communicate results.

  • Collaborate with Merchandising to gather required information and ensure timely completion of data-related deliverables.

  • Support monthly forecasting by collecting data, conducting preliminary analysis, and flagging early trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Conduct introductory competitive research on initiatives and market trends.

  • Contribute to weekly and monthly business performance analyses by helping identify key drivers.

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and assist with presentation development, including materials for leadership.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student (or recent graduate) pursuing a degree in a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • High attention to detail with a deadline-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication, adaptability, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Product sensibility and ability to develop knowledge of competitive trends; passion for luxury/fashion industry.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Conditions

  • Full-time internship for approximately 6 months, with availability to start ASAP in Spring 2026.

  • On-site requirement: 4–5 days per week at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in Midtown Manhattan.

  • Must be able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.

  • Compensation: Undergraduate interns $20/hour; Graduate interns $25/hour.
