Remote Medical Records - 10:30am-7:00pm

TEKsystems is hiring a Remote Medical Records Specialist (Client Coordinator) to support a nationwide revenue cycle organization. The role focuses on processing case data through CMS portals, organizing medical documentation, and ensuring records are complete and compliant for clinical review and claim decision support.

• Navigate CMS portals to process and enter case data into internal systems.
• Review medical records for eligibility and completeness.
• Upload and organize documentation from external client sites into internal databases.
• Validate that all medical record components are accurate and complete before routing to clinical reviewers.
• Prepare records to support insurance claim decisions and clinical insight/review.
• Respond to client inquiries via email regarding case status, documentation, and general information.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company standards while providing customer service.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical records or medical claims.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Must have reliable internet and a private, distraction-free workspace (HIPAA-compliant).

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30am–7:00pm CST.
• Work type: 100% remote.
• Job type: Contract.
• Pay: $15/hr.
