The Measurement and Insights Associate Analyst supports an insights-led Communications function by delivering brand campaign reporting across North America. The role combines analytics with clear communication to translate media performance into actionable takeaways.
What you'll do
Support campaign reporting for PepsiCo’s North America brands, executing and elevating campaign reports.
Build, maintain, and QA media monitoring dashboards in Talkwalker, including accurate query setup, data integrity checks, and timely delivery.
Pull data and surface key insights, trends, and performance summaries that translate metrics into clear recommendations.
Handle ad hoc data pulls and analysis requests to support decision-making and stakeholder updates.
Assist with benchmarking and baseline analysis to contextualize campaign performance over time.
Standardize reporting outputs, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
Maintain the internal measurement SharePoint site by uploading final reports, dashboards, and materials accurately.
Support documentation of measurement processes, playbooks, and best practices.
Support end-to-end campaign reporting execution from intake and setup through delivery and archiving.
Own and maintain Monday.com boards for campaign reporting and analytics workflows.
Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners for smooth execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years of experience in communications, analytics, insights, or a related field (agency or in-house).
Proficiency with media monitoring and analytics tools; hands-on Talkwalker experience strongly preferred.
Ability to clearly summarize findings in written formats (e.g., PowerPoint, email, short reports).
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong time management, organizational, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for consumer marketing and the CPG space; curiosity about brand presence across media and social.
Conditions
Hybrid requirement: ability to work from the Purchase, NY office at least two days per week.
