Associate Customer Onboarding Manager
Summary
Foley is a modern SaaS company building an all-in-one, AI-ready platform to help safety-sensitive industries hire, stay compliant, and manage risk. The Associate Customer Onboarding Manager supports onboarding for Small Market and Mid-Market customers by guiding setup and early product use. The role is designed to build customer-facing skills while partnering with Onboarding Managers and cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
What you'll do
Support scaled onboarding of new customers using established processes and playbooks.
Assist customers with account setup, product configuration, and basic training in one-on-one and group settings.
Conduct onboarding calls and follow up with clients to promote adoption of Foley’s software.
Educate customers on using Foley’s products to meet compliance requirements.
Track onboarding tasks, milestones, and customer progress in internal systems.
Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
Identify onboarding questions, challenges, or delays and escalate as needed.
Contribute to onboarding documentation, templates, and process improvements.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a customer success or onboarding role within a SaaS company.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and DOT/FCRA compliance concepts.
Positive, coachable attitude with a strong desire to grow.
Openness to leveraging AI in daily work; experience with LLMs and/or Generative AI is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce, Gong, or Planhat is a plus.
Conditions
Primarily remote (US-based) with occasional visits to Foley offices for collaboration, training, or company events.
