Customer Service Representative - 1st Shift (Remote)

Lensa is promoting a remote Customer Service Representative role for Stryker, a medical technology company serving global healthcare customers. The position supports sales, promotions, installations, and customer communications by managing order accuracy and resolving customer issues. The goal is to accelerate order processing and billing through proactive coordination with sales, operations, and hospital billing contacts.

• Validate ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
• Ensure purchase order (PO) entry accuracy across Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other EDI platforms; push back on incorrect or subpar submitted data
• Check and validate accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
• Serve as the customer-facing contact and develop solutions to customer issues; provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
• Provide proactive updates on order status to help accelerate the billing process
• Support the Sales Department by responding to questions via phone, email, and fax, including researching responses with sales
• Build relationships with hospital billing specialists; support surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing; follow up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
• Support Sales Representatives with product usage pricing questions or discrepancies

• Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of relevant work experience

• Preferred

  • Experience as an account representative
  • Oracle experience

• Remote role
• 1st Shift schedule: Monday to Friday
