Buying Team Support Specialist

PIN-UP Global is seeking a Buying Team Support Specialist to manage and support Facebook advertising infrastructure. This role involves procurement, integration, and monitoring of social media ad accounts within a fast-growing international organization.

• Procurement and acceptance of social accounts
• Adding and integrating agency ad accounts to Business Manager
• Receiving and monitoring new ad accounts
• Submitting appeals and managing account restrictions
• Creating pixels, custom conversions, and audiences
• Monitoring ad account balances and managing fund transfers
• Checking restrictions, limits, currency, and timezone settings
• Managing access permissions and resolving access issues
• Maintaining master tables and ban history documentation
• Preparing replacement accounts and tracking support tickets
• Weekly infrastructure status reporting and analyzing ban reasons
• Ensuring uninterrupted campaign launches and controlling commissions

Mandatory:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience with Facebook advertising infrastructure
• Knowledge of Business Manager, Pixel, Custom Conversions, Audiences, and Ad Account structure
• Experience working with agency accounts
• Understanding of account bans and moderation logic
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

Nice to have:

• Media buying or arbitrage experience
• Understanding of tracking systems (e.g., Keitaro)
• Experience with anti-detect browsers
• Communication experience with agencies
• Knowledge of advertising financial accounting
