Meta is hiring a Product Growth Analyst to lead growth strategy for high-impact product areas across apps used by billions of people, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Oculus. The role is embedded within product teams and drives long-term growth through analytics, product ideation, and experimentation across the product development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Lead growth strategy across a large product area and drive cross-team alignment.
- Drive long-term growth through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences.
- Analyze trends in user behavior and product usage to inform and influence growth strategy.
- Identify, prioritize, and size growth opportunities to maximize long-term impact.
- Execute projects with engineering and product partners to deliver against product goals.
- Lead experimentation end-to-end, including test design, analysis of results, and recommendations that inform launch decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in an analytical or product role.
4+ years of analytics experience, including data querying languages such as SQL.
Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches, including defining metrics, designing experiments, and communicating actionable insights.
Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical functions to achieve shared product goals.
Experience influencing multidisciplinary product teams (e.g., engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists).
Strong quantitative analysis skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Ability to perform exploratory analysis with minimal direction on ambiguous, open-ended questions.
Experimentation experience (e.g., multivariate tests), synthesizing results, and building decision frameworks for launches.
Product ideation skills to apply growth tactics across product areas and design detailed product experiences.
Experience working on a product or service used by a wide range of communities.
Conditions
Compensation: $134,000/year to $189,000/year base salary plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
