Customer Success Coordinator
Summary
USA Home Listings is a data and technology company helping home service businesses win customers using MLS data, homeowner intelligence, and lead generation tools. The Customer Success Coordinator will own a portfolio of customers to drive measurable results through onboarding, usage analysis, and proactive guidance. This role focuses on customer outcomes to support retention and expansion as the company scales.
What you'll do
Own a customer portfolio by onboarding new accounts, running regular check-ins, and tracking customer health metrics.
Analyze usage data to identify cost savings, improved configurations, and underutilized features, then make proactive recommendations.
Guide customers through contract/plan migrations to options that better fit their needs.
Act as the voice of the customer internally by escalating technical issues and sharing product feedback to advocate for improvements.
Build, document, and improve Customer Success playbooks and processes as the function formalizes.
Requirements
Must-haves:
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (B2B).
Consultative approach (diagnose before prescribing).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with data to find patterns and make recommendations.
Self-directed and able to work independently.
Nice-to-haves:
B2B SaaS experience.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
Background in real estate, data services, or moving/home services industry.
Conditions
Employment type: Full-time.
Work arrangement: Remote (US); async-friendly and results-focused.
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 base salary (plus bonuses and benefits); performance bonus up to $10,000 annually; retention bonus up to 2% of ARR from migrations/expansions/retention (paid annually, discretionary).
