Brand Innovation Manager
Summary
Celsius Holdings, Inc. (CELSIUS®) is a global CPG company building modern energy brands through innovation and community. The Brand Innovation Manager will help create and commercialize new products that strengthen and expand the Celsius brand by combining strategic thinking with end-to-end execution. The role partners cross-functionally to translate trends and insights into best-in-class new offerings.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the Director, Brand Innovation to drive innovation strategy, challenge the status quo, and lead cross-functional execution.
- Partner with Operations and Creative teams to manage product and packaging transitions, including formulation improvements and updates.
- Work with QA to conduct quality control flavor tastings for new and existing products.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop launch support assets across owned channels (social media, website, trade, e-commerce).
- Run day-to-day market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and category dynamics.
- Write and validate flavor and packaging concepts for new innovations.
- Maintain innovation trackers and reporting tools to ensure commercialization timelines and deadlines are met.
- Manage recurring cross-functional meetings; document decisions, track action items, and follow up to keep projects on track.
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings and updates.
- Support expense and vendor invoice processing by receiving, verifying, reconciling, and processing invoices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing.
3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing and/or Product Development (preferably CPG).
Project management and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partners.
Experience working with creative agencies and external partners.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-based environment and bring innovative approaches.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present simply and compellingly.
Strategic thinking from both brand and portfolio perspectives.
Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
