Product Manager

Wordly is a tech startup providing real-time translation services in 50+ languages for meetings and events worldwide. The Product Manager will lead critical product initiatives and serve as the bridge between product vision and internal/external development partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Manage external development partners as the primary point of contact, including timelines, delivery quality, and accountability to technical and functional standards.
• Author comprehensive PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear, complete documentation.
• Co-own and groom the product backlog by consolidating, detailing, and prioritizing features based on ROI to maintain a ready-to-build queue.
• Collaborate with UX designers to convert wireframes into functional specifications while preserving design intent and technical feasibility.
• Conduct rigorous UAT to validate deliverables against the Definition of Done and original requirements.

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, including managing both internal and external development projects.
• Proven technical writing skills producing detailed user stories and product requirements (e.g., using Jira and Notion).
• Strong attention to detail, including identifying edge cases.
• Exceptional communication skills with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• UX fluency: solid understanding of user-centered design and ability to review Figma files from a functional perspective.
