Senior Product Manager, Logistics

A membership-based online marketplace focused on sustainable living is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Logistics to lead the strategy and execution of logistics and fulfillment technology. The role owns the product vision for scalable, reliable delivery experiences from distribution centers to customers, partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Data.

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for logistics and fulfillment systems (last-mile delivery, carrier integrations, warehouse management, order routing).
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to identify and resolve fulfillment workflow inefficiencies.
• Visit fulfillment centers regularly to understand processes and constraints and translate findings into product solutions.
• Run agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Build domain expertise in logistics processes including 3PL partnerships, carrier SLAs, and fulfillment center operations.
• Oversee logistics platform integrations with vendors and engineering teams, ensuring reliability and data accuracy.
• Establish success metrics and reporting to monitor fulfillment performance and drive improvements.
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Serve as an internal expert on logistics technology, advising operations, finance, and business teams on platform capabilities and limitations.

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise or operational software in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
• Deep knowledge of logistics and supply chain systems (WMS, OMS, TMS, and/or last-mile delivery platforms).
• Experience with third-party logistics partners, carrier APIs, and fulfillment center operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex operational needs into actionable product plans.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile environments; proficiency with tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and operational audiences.
• Nice to have: experience with cloud-based SaaS logistics platforms and enterprise system integrations.
