Real Estate Analyst

Onside Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and managing value-add multifamily and income-producing properties across the United States. The Commercial Real Estate Analyst will evaluate and underwrite investment opportunities and build financial analyses and models to support investment decisions.

• Evaluate and underwrite real estate investment opportunities.
• Perform in-depth market analysis and property financial analysis.
• Develop financial models to support investment decision-making (e.g., cash flow, ROI, investment metrics).
• Conduct due diligence and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio performance.
• Prepare reports and materials to support the investment team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced analytical environment.

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating real estate market trends and opportunities.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and finance, including analysis of cash flow, ROI, and investment metrics.
• Experience in underwriting and conducting property evaluations.
• Ability to perform detailed due diligence.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with real estate market analysis tools and software (plus).
