Summary
Corner Alliance is a growing federal consulting firm supporting government agencies including the Department of Homeland Security. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders to ensure smooth executive office operations in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Provide executive-level administrative support including scheduling, memo drafting, and preparing briefing materials.
- Coordinate daily operations meetings, capture notes, and manage post-meeting follow-ups.
- Manage and de-conflict calendars for executives and principal directors.
- Maintain electronic action binders using MS Teams for high-level staff.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including attendee scheduling and room reservations.
- Plan and execute all-hands and leadership meetings, including agenda creation and action tracking.
- Arrange travel logistics for local, domestic, international, and invitational trips.
- Review, route, and submit high-level documents for signature in compliance with policies.
- Maintain records in hardcopy and electronic formats in accordance with applicable directives.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by federal staff.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience supporting federal senior executives.
- Clearance: Active SECRET security clearance.
- Eligibility: U.S. citizenship required.
- Proven experience with meeting coordination, calendar management, and task tracking.
- Strong report generation and briefing development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security is a plus.
Conditions
- Compensation: Competitive annual salary range of $75,000 to $95,000.
