Client Success Associate (Entry level, Remote)

INFUSE is hiring a remote, entry-level Client Success Associate to help deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to client satisfaction and company growth. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of solutions, and supporting internal coordination across initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.

• Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to achieve growth targets.

• Assist with challenging client requests and manage issue escalations as needed.

• Support administrative and operational tasks including data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules.

• Proven track record of managing client relationships (preferred background in hospitality, client success, or sales).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Empathy and ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to offer solutions to challenges.
