Sales Operations Analyst

Summary

Roku, a leading TV streaming platform, is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support its hardware/devices TV business. The role supports sales leadership through reporting, forecasting, demand planning, and trend analysis to drive key cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Support hardware devices demand planning activities.

  • Participate in weekly and bi-weekly CPFR calls with major retailers; capture takeaways and action items.

  • Create and maintain a rolling sales plan by major account, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

  • Assist with weekly and daily sales forecasts and account reviews; prepare reports and compare results vs. objectives.

  • Track inventory levels, sales trends, and market conditions to surface risks and opportunities.

  • Join weekly meetings with supply and order management; follow up on assigned tasks.

  • Prepare and present forecasts to stakeholders in a clear, organized format.

  • Support the Director of Business Planning and VP of Retail Strategy with short- and long-term strategic planning, annual business plans, and budgets.

  • Communicate status, risks, and opportunities to extended stakeholder groups in a structured manner.

  • Contribute to new reporting and dashboards that enable continuous improvement.

  • Document and update business processes, roles/responsibilities, and end-to-end workflows (process mapping) under senior guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in forecasting (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Preferred industry experience: consumer electronics, e-commerce, retail, or digital media.

  • Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and NetSuite.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Looker).

  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • Data-driven approach with a track record of continuous improvement and driving results.

  • Sales operations and/or data science/modeling experience is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and functions.

  • Experience working in multi-site, virtual, and cross-cultural environments.

Conditions

  • Hybrid work: in-office Monday through Thursday; Fridays flexible/remote (role- and office-dependent exceptions apply).

  • California-only pay range disclosed: estimated annual base salary $80,000–$90,000 (candidate-specific factors apply).
