Summary
MCI is a tech-enabled business services company providing CX, BPO, and cloud technology solutions across multiple industries and geographies. They are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team by handling day-to-day administrative and clerical work and ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
What you'll do
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of leadership.
Answer and manage emails and phone calls with polite, professional communication.
Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Create content to post on the company’s social media channels.
Prepare presentations according to provided instructions.
Make travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels, restaurant reservations).
Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
Handle sensitive information confidentially.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1 year preferred (administrative experience recommended but not required).
Exceptional time management; ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Strong attention to detail; excellent organizational and planning skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent command of the English language.
Wired, high-speed internet connection (20 Mbps+ download).
Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
