N26 is seeking a Complaints Legal Analyst fluent in Italian to handle formal complaints from customers, lawyers, and authorities. The role focuses on analyzing, processing, and responding to complaints while identifying root causes and driving compliance improvements. You will work with substantial autonomy as a Point-of-Contact within a collaborative team.
What you'll do
- Record, analyse, process, and respond to formal complaints filed by customers, lawyers, or authorities, primarily in Italian
- Identify complaint root-causes and define possible solutions
- Assist and participate in mitigation projects to prevent further complaints
- Take own initiatives to improve operational procedures with focus on compliance
- Conduct independent legal research and investigation
- Detect workflow inefficiencies and propose efficient solutions
- Serve as Point-of-Contact for issues within your area
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory); French, German, or Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as law studies (desirable)
- Relevant work experience in legal, compliance, banking, or financial services (desirable)
- Previous experience communicating with government regulators (a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and investigation skills
- Experience with process optimization
- Ability to conduct independent legal research
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Experience with Jira and Confluence (a plus)
- Effective time management, prioritization, and ability to meet strict deadlines
