Deputy General Counsel

Truv is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to shape the company's legal strategy and lead the legal team in a rapidly evolving industry. This role reports directly to the CFO with a clear pathway to promotion to General Counsel, focusing on protecting the company's interests and negotiating major deals with national institutions.

• Displace large incumbents and negotiate deals with national institutions

• Demonstrated experience in a legal role, preferably in a technology or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance issues
• Ability to navigate complex legal challenges with a strategic mindset
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction
• Experience leading a legal team or function
