Trust and Safety Analyst (Rom)

Centro Team is seeking a Trust and Safety Analyst for their Rome office to monitor and analyze regulations impacting the business. The role involves researching compliance requirements, particularly around EU Digital Services Act and Online Safety Acts, and providing recommendations to leadership.

• Monitor, research, and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards including EU Digital Services Act and Online Safety Acts
• Maintain detailed reports and breakdowns of legislation, identifying potential risks and opportunities
• Provide findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders
• Develop compliance processes, policies, and procedures
• Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure compliance considerations are addressed
• Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in trust and safety within the digital content industry
• Audit internal content rules to ensure compliance standards are clear for moderators

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory analysis, or similar role, preferably in digital platforms or online content industries
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to digital content and online platforms
• Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
