Summary
LinkedIn is seeking an Associate Strategic Finance professional to support the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions organization within the Monetization Strategic Finance team. The role partners closely with R&D cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and roadmaps, manage performance to business objectives, and set targets across products. This position focuses on deepening understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including the LinkedIn Audience Network.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain financial models and forecasts for the LinkedIn Audience Network ad product, including detailed forecasting.
- Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to understand business drivers, evaluate strategic initiatives, and provide financial guidance for new launches.
- Establish and refine KPIs and track progress against business objectives.
- Analyze business trends and variances to deliver actionable insights and narratives to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Operationalize ideas and develop execution plans with support from senior team members.
- Build collaborative relationships with partner teams, incorporating input and feedback to understand priorities and constraints.
- Access and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify signals, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field, and 2+ years of experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Ability to operate autonomously to identify, prioritize, influence, and implement high-impact change in ambiguous environments.
- Preferred: Experience with SQL and/or working with large datasets.
- Preferred: Experience in digital advertising and/or the technology industry.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Suggested skills: Financial modeling, data analysis, forecasting, problem solving, project management, collaboration, communication.
Conditions
- Hybrid role performed from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days based on business needs.
- Can be based in San Francisco, CA or Mountain View, CA.
- Compensation range stated as $80,000 to $128,000 annually; total compensation may include annual performance bonus, stock, and benefits.
