VIP Manager (iGaming / Casino)

Zionix is seeking an experienced VIP Manager for their iGaming/Casino platform. This role focuses on building strong relationships with high-value players, balancing retention and risk management, and creating personalized offers that drive profitability rather than just turnover.

• Conduct personal 1-on-1 communication with VIP players
• React to deposits, withdrawals, complaints, and player requests
• Perform daily analysis of VIP pool metrics: deposits, turnover, NGR, and churn signals
• Set up and issue personalized bonuses within risk limitations
• Collaborate closely with risk, fraud, payments, and support teams
• Document all agreements and actions in CRM systems
• Weekly VIP segmentation review based on LTV and NGR
• Plan individual retention activities including exclusive promotions, cashback offers, and non-monetary perks
• Analyze bonus and offer performance with focus on profitability

• Proven experience as VIP Manager, VIP Account Manager, or Retention Manager in iGaming
• Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, cashback structures, and personalized offers
• Clear understanding of bonus hunting risks and cooperation with risk and fraud teams
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers
• Experience with CRM systems, Excel or Google Sheets, and BI reports
• Ukrainian or Russian language + English B2 or higher
