Client Success Associate (Entry level, Remote)

INFUSE is hiring a remote, entry-level Client Success Associate to support exceptional client experiences and long-term relationships. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery of solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and helping clients achieve their objectives. It also includes administrative and operational support that contributes to client satisfaction and business growth.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to meet growth targets.
• Assist with challenging client requests and handle issue escalations as needed.
• Support administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules.

• Proven track record of managing client relationships (preferred backgrounds include hospitality, client success, or sales).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and ability to understand client needs and address them effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to offer solutions when challenges arise.
