English Customer Support Representative

Helpware is a global outsourcing company providing back-office services with offices in the USA, Mexico, Ukraine, and the Philippines. We are seeking an English Customer Support Representative to provide support to website users and handle customer inquiries across multiple channels.

• Provide customer support for website users
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
• Follow up to ensure resolution
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat and email
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Enter data into CRM and other online tools and cloud-based platforms
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Complete other related tasks assigned by managers

• Excellent written English skills
• Experience in customer support area (preferred)
• Basic technical background with strong experience using apps
• Proactive and empathetic approach
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different communication styles
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Schedule: 8 am - 10 pm Kyiv Time (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
