Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist (multiple positions)
Summary
Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Palm Beach County is hiring Customer Service & Data Entry Specialists for multiple openings supporting court and official records operations. The role provides front-line public service and accurate record processing to help ensure transparency and trust in local government.
What you'll do
- Provide customer service to the public and internal partners.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Complete complex data entry and maintain accurate records/record keeping.
- Process payments, perform cashiering duties, and balance transactions.
- Perform retention and destruction duties in accordance with procedures.
- Conduct auditing activities as assigned.
- Assist with departmental efficiencies and procedural development.
- Attend court and swear in jury members (if applicable to the assignment).
Requirements
Court Specialist III / Official Records Specialist III: High School diploma or GED plus 3 years of recent and relevant experience; some vocational or college preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Court Specialist IV: High School diploma or GED plus 5 years of recent and relevant experience; some vocational or college preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
