Team Member (Part Time)

SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating next-generation underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. The Part-Time Team Member brings the brand to life in-store by delivering a premium, inclusive customer experience while supporting store goals and daily operations.

• Greet customers warmly and create inclusive, personalized, elevated shopping experiences aligned with SKIMS mission and values.

• Learn and communicate product stories, sizing, and fit to support customers and build trust.

• Use professional selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

• Keep the sales floor stocked, clean, and organized; move with urgency while prioritizing customer experience.

• Use company tools and resources; remain calm and customer-focused when priorities shift.

• Rotate through different store zones as needed; adapt quickly to coaching and change.

• Seek feedback, ask questions, and improve performance daily.

• Bring energy to each shift and help drive results by supporting store goals.

• Maintain high standards of consistency, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with the team through open communication, active listening, and proactive initiative.

• Champion inclusivity and celebrate what makes each customer and team member unique.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Availability on weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

• At least 14 hours of open availability across Saturday and Sunday.

• At least one closing shift across Saturday and Sunday.

• Available for 3 closing shifts.

• Passion for customer service and helping others.

• Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.

• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Eagerness to learn; open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.

• Retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

• Interest in SKIMS products and values.

• Ability to stand and remain physically active for 100% of the scheduled shift and move throughout the store.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry/move items up to 40 pounds regularly.

• Does not want to be an influencer.

• Part-time role.

• Hourly compensation of $20.00 per hour.

• Schedule includes weekdays and weekends, with required weekend availability and closing shifts.
