Data Analyst

Summary

InfoTrack is a legal technology platform connecting law firms to courts and litigation services through deep integrations that improve efficiency. The Data Analyst role designs and delivers dashboards, reporting, and insights to support cross-functional stakeholders and drive actionable business decisions.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSMS/SSRS/SSIS, Snowsight, and Excel.
  • Combine and transform data to present accurate, consumable information via visualization, presentation, and storytelling.
  • Communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders with varying technical expertise.
  • Partner closely with leadership, data engineering, and business development teams.
  • Gather and process raw data at scale (SQL queries, scripts, web scraping, API calls).
  • Distill complex data relationships into clear charts and visualizations.
  • Analyze processed data to produce actionable business insights.
  • Lead data projects from conception to delivery using project management concepts.
  • Perform quality assurance and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reporting, data workflows, and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of data analyst experience at a technology company, including SQL, defining metrics, delivering recurring insights, building dashboards, and making recommendations.
  • Strong SQL expertise (aggregations, window functions, performance optimization) and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI preferred; SSRS valued).
  • Experience with scripting languages for data manipulation (Python/R/SQL).
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems (e.g., churn, acquisition, adoption) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented, outcome-driven, able to work independently, with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fast-changing, ambiguous, time-constrained environments.
  • Curious and proactive learner; experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data integrations.
  • Preferred: experience with B2B transactional platforms and legal/legal tech companies.

Conditions

  • Compensation: $86,000–$125,000 base pay plus bonus (total rewards may include additional components).
  • Benefits: 401(k) match; medical, dental, and vision insurance; employer-funded short/long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance.
